KEMI recently discovered a technical issue within our policy management system that affected current and former policyholder accounts with credit balances that should have been previously paid to you. KEMI has taken immediate action to correct our system to ensure this issue will not reoccur.
KEMI has issued refund checks for the amount owed, and we apologize for the oversight.
